Amber Thompson is the Executive Assistant at the Climate and Sustainability Academy. She provides broad administrative and operational support for the Academy. Amber earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sustainable Science Management from the University of Hawai’i Maui College. Prior to her role at NC State, she served as the Director of the Hulihia Center for Sustainable Systems, where she led community-driven initiatives that advanced resilient and regenerative systems across Maui Nui.
