Bio

Amber Thompson is the Program Manager at the Climate and Sustainability Academy, leading operations and communications. Amber earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sustainable Science Management from the University of Hawai’i Maui College. Before joining NC State, she served as Director of the Hulihia Center for Sustainable Systems, where she led community-driven initiatives that advanced resilient and regenerative systems across Maui Nui.
